The track regularly opens its doors to the public for a series of "Run What Ya Brung" public test days and this year the racing calendar hosts more opportunities to have a go than ever before.

Peak Performance Days provide a cost-effective way of testing with lots of track time and pit-space, with a full track preparation to race standard. Places are restricted to a maximum of 100 and are available on a first come / first served basis. These events are open to both cars and bikes. Sign on is £50 in advance or £60 on the day.
*All participants must be entered in The Main Event. Sign on is £90 in advance or £120 on the day.

There is a strict limit on the number of track "sign-ons", as these days are designed to give maximum track time and pit-space to serious performance enthusiasts. Peak Performance days are great opportunities for race teams and individuals to get their cars tuned-up for that big event. All types of vehicle are welcome.

Saturday Night Specials
Experience the thrill of night racing at Santa Pod Raceway. The sights and sounds of the raceway are intensified by the night air. All types of vehicles, from hot rods to hot hatches, dragsters to bikes are invited to use the track for day and night racing.
The track is open from 9am-9pm (weather and track conditions permitting) with additional attractions of demo runs by the 270mph Fireforce Jet Funny Car, catering, bar facilities and evening entertainment. There is also free camping for those wishing to stay over for the Sunday Run What Ya Brung, and of course all clubs are welcome.

Gates open at 8am. Signing on costs:
- £30 per driver for unlimited runs from 9am to 9pm
- £25 per driver for unlimited runs from 9am to 4pm
- £10 per driver for unlimited runs from 5pm to 9pm
Driving Licence required. Entry costs £10 for a full-day ticket and £20 for a two-day ticket, Free camping with two-day tickets.
